ASU took the upper hand to begin the contest, claiming the doubles point on courts one and three. The Sun Devils hung on through singles play with match wins from No. 115 Sammi Hampton and senior Tereza Kolarova, but in the end could not close out the match in their favor. The loss snapped ASU's four-match winning streak.
