No. 19 ASU women return from eight days off to beat Colorado

Well-rested Arizona State women's basketball turned on the jets periodically Friday night to win comfortably, 66-49, over Colorado.

Playing just its third game in 19 days, No. 19 ASU (17-6, 8-4 Pac-12) used a 10-1 run in the third quarter and 11-0 in the fourth at Wells Fargo Arena to ice their fourth consecutive win.

The Sun Devils moved into fourth place in the Pac-12, a half game ahead of UCLA (15-10, 8-5), which lost at No. 10 Stanford.

Senior forward Kianna Ibis was one rebound shy of a double-double (18 points, nine boards) and senior guard Courtney Ekmark scored 14.
