STILLWATER, Okla. – The No. 18 Arizona State women’s soccer team dropped its second consecutive game, falling to Oklahoma State 3-2 on Friday night.
The Sun Devils (4-2) lost despite big advantages in shots (17-10) and corner kicks (7-1).
Oklahoma State (4-4) scored the first goal 81 seconds into the game before the Sun Devils came back with two goals to take a 2-1 lead at the half. Cali Farquharson (21st minute) and Lucy Lara (37th minute) scored both of ASU’s goals. Lara’s goal came a few minutes after a 40-minute lightning delay.
