No. 18 Arizona State women's basketball rallied from 10 points down in the third quarter to beat Washington State 65-56 Sunday in Pullman, Wash.
ASU (15-4, 5-2 Pac-12) won its fifth straight game, outscoring the Cougars 23-10 in the fourth quarter.
Forward Ja'Tavia Tapley, national Player of the Week, had 20 points and eight rebounds for ASU with guard Robbi Ryan also scoring 20. Guard Reili Richardson scored all 11 of her points in the fourth including an early 3-pointer and four clinching free throws.
Washington State (9-9, 2-4) led 12-6 after the first quarter, 28-24 at halftime and 46-42 going into the fourth.
