Mehaffey Sets New Course Record and Ties Career Low, Sun Devils in Second After Two Rounds

PHOENIX – No. 16 Sun Devil women's golf shot another solid round on day two of their own PING/ASU Invitational, cutting four strokes off Friday's round, tied for the lowest round of the day with No. 4 Stanford.

As the Sun Devils and Cardinal shot the same score on Saturday, ASU remains one stroke back from the top spot, four-under for the tournament.

Individually, Olivia Mehaffey moved 26 spots up the leaderboard to a tie for fourth, tying her career low (65) and setting a new course low for the tournament at Papago Golf Course.
