The Bruins finished off No. 24 ASU 42-32, improving to 3-5, 3-2 Pac-12.
ASU dropped to 5-3, 2-3. The Sun Devils, with two straight losses, are off next week before hosting USC on Nov. 9.
UCLA led 393-387 in total yards, 271-176 passing and 2171-116 rushing.
ASU finished with nine penalties for 67 yards, UCLA eight for 42 (most of those late after the game was decided).
