EUGENE, Oregon - The women's 50K world record holder wears Maroon and Gold!
Two-time Olympian and 2018 Boston Marathon champion Desiree Linden (Davila)'05 set a new world record for the 50K today after finishing in 2:59:54, over seven minutes faster than Aly Dixon who ran 3:07:20 on Sept. 1, 2019 at the 50K World Championships in Romania. The Detroit Mich. native ran in Eugene, Oregon on Tuesday April 13 and averaged a pace of 5:47 per mile.
