Lacrosse Wins in Nail-Biting Fashion over Saint Joseph's

TEMPE – In the first of four straight home games, Sun Devil Lacrosse (4-2) topped Saint Joseph's (1-5) 13-12 in Saturday's nail-biter at Sun Devil Soccer/Lacrosse Stadium. Junior attacker team-high four goals led Arizona State to their undefeated start at home to open the season.

"That was a hard-fought 60 minutes. We capitalized when we needed to and made stops when we needed to in order to get the win," said head coach Taryn VanThof after her team's gritty performance.

How it Happened:

Bella Ingrao, Jordyn Behar and Lydia Oldknow combined for goals to give the Sun Devils an early 3-0 lead.
