LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Arizona State doubles pair of Desirae Krawczyk and Stephanie Vlad were knocked out of the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships on Thursday, Oct. 8.
The No. 5-seeded pair got a bye in the first round of the main draw doubles bracket, but would fall to Georgia's Ellen Perez and Mariana Gould 8-5 in the second round.
"I think the overall level of hte match was not bad," assistant coach Matt Langley said. "We came out with pretty good energy, but probably experienced a little dip midway through the pro-set. So I think being able to sustain our level for longer periods will help us in the future.
