National and three-time Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week Giselle Juarez continued her dominance Friday night, no-hitting BYU in a 7-0 win at Farrington Stadium.
The sophomore left-hander extended her streak of consecutive innings without an earned run to 75 while striking out 11. Her first college no-hitter was the 30th in school history and her ninth shutout this season.
Juarez (14-1) walked one and hit a batter, giving BYU two base runners in the second, before retiring the final 16 she faced.
Breezy Wise hit her first home run and Kindra Hackbarth had two hits and a walk from the leadoff position.
