Arizona State (2-0) had another rushing frenzy on Saturday. Jayden Daniels led the way in Sun Devils’ xx-xx win over UNLV (0-2).
The quarterback used his legs to shine in the victory. Daniels rushed for 122 yards, his new career-high. He also went 20 for 29 through the air for 175 yards and two touchdowns.
UNLV kicked a field goal in the first quarter to start the scoring. The Sun Devils didn’t score until the second quarter. On a long developing play from the UNLV 3-yard line, Daniels eventually found Johnny Wilson, who came open on an in-breaking route in the middle of the end zone for the first touchdown.
