TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Arizona State men's ice hockey team announced on Sunday morning that the home exhibition series against Lindenwood on Jan. 21-22 has been canceled. It is not due to health and safety reasons on the Arizona State side. ASU returns to Oceanside Ice Arena on Feb. 4-5 against Alaska Fairbanks.
"We're disappointed that we will be able to play two less games at Oceanside than planned, but after a few discussions with Rick Zombo and with COVID-19 issues that are going on in their program and coming home from a long 12-day road trip, we thought it was best to not play exhibition games at this point.
