Herm Edwards will take ASU to Camp Tontozona for one day

LOS ANGELES -- For the first time in several years, Arizona State won't practice this summer at Camp Tontozona because of delays associated with the installation of a new turf field.

But coach Herm Edwards said Wednesday that the Sun Devils still will make the trip to the popular retreat located 18 miles northeast of Payson -- at least for a day.

"We are going to go to Camp Kush," said Edwards, who prefers to label the facility after former ASU coach Frank Kush. "... We'll going to go through the ceremonies of going up there and pay tribute to one of the greatest college football coaches that ever coached in Frank Kush.
