TEMPE – The Sun Devils (5-1) extended their perfect home-court record to 5-0 on Sunday with a 4-1 victory over the visiting Kansas State Wildcats (0-2) after No. 32 Ilze Hattingh held on to defeat Kansas State's Karine-Marion Job in straight sets (7-5, 6-3) on court one.
The Sun Devils started the day by clinching the doubles point with a 6-2 victory from Kolarova/Morlet on court two paired with a 6-0 victory from Hampton/Argyrokastriti on court three. The Sun Devils immediately took command in singles play, with victories from Lauryn John-Baptiste (6-4, 6-1) on court three and Argyrokastriti (6-1, 6-1) on court five.
