TEMPE, Ariz. - Returning to action after a bye weekend, Sun Devil Hockey hosts its second home series of the season against No. 9 Quinnipiac at Oceanside Ice Arena. Limited tickets remain for Saturday night's contest.
It will be the seventh and eighth meeting in five years between the Sun Devils (3-3-0) and Bobcats (4-1-0), tieing for the most against any program since joining the Division I ranks. Their most recent meeting came in the 2019 NCAA Tournament, as Quinnipiac ended ASU's historic season with a 2-1 victory that went down to the wire.
"I'd be lying if I told you it wasn't on our mind," said head coach Greg Powers of their recent meeting.
