IRVING– On Tuesday, the Big 12 Conference announced lacrosse weekly awards, and two from Sun Devil Lacrosse made the cut. Junior attacker Teagan Ng and senior goalkeeper Katie Vahle were the duo for the Sun Devils represented this week.
Both players had a career week after Ng's career-high seven-goal game against Pittsburgh, becoming just the fifth player at the time with seven goals in a game in the NCAA this season. No player has scored more than seven goals in a game in 2024.
Ng finished the week with a well-rounded stat line after the team faced Detroit Mercy on Sunday.
