After two physically challenging road losses, Arizona State football needed a "get well" game. For just over a quarter it looked like the Sun Devils would get just that as they moved the ball up and down the field at will against Oregon State, surging out to a 17-point lead.
Sure, the Sun Devils registered a 52-24 victory on Saturday night in Pac-12 play but there were some anxious moments for head coach Herm Edwards and defensive coordinator Danny Gonzales, particularly in the second quarter.
"We have to learn how to move on after a big play, we have to let it go," Edwards said.
