TEMPE– Arizona State cross country is headed to Tucson on Friday to compete at the Dave Murray Invitational hosted by Arizona. The women's 6K race will begin at 7 a.m. followed by the men's 8K race at 7:45 a.m. The races will take place at Tucson Country Club and include competition from UTEP, Grand Canyon, San Diego State and New Mexico State.
The Sun Devils are coming off their first meet of the season at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 17, their first meet under new head coach Ryun Godfrey. Vincent Mauri ran a 23:25.
