TEMPE – In the third match of the 2024 men's tennis season, the Sun Devils (2-1) rallied from a 3-1 deficit against No. 25 Baylor (3-0). The Bears won the final singles match of the day to defeat ASU 4-3 on Thursday at Whiteman Tennis Center in Tempe.
Head Coach Matt Hill praised his team's leaders, "We have a lot of older seniors who are helping the younger guys find their way in college tennis."
ASU opened their match against Baylor by earning the doubles point with victories on courts two and three to take a 1-0 match lead ahead of singles play.
