The Arizona State basketball team is earning some praise for its additions from the college basketball transfer portal for the 2021-22 season.
CBS Sports recently ranked the committed transfers in college basketball this season and Bobby Hurley's Sun Devils had three players in the Top 50 on the list.
Marreon Jackson, a transfer from Toledo, was No. 23 on the list.
David Cobb wrote: "Jackson won MAC Player of the Year honors after averaging 18.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 5.9 assists for a Toledo squad that won the league's regular season title. In 127 games over four years with the Rockets, Jackson has racked up 1,817 career points, and he should be able to help an Arizona State team looking to rebound after a disappointing season.
