TEMPE - Arizona State tennis ended the home season on a sour note thanks to 4-2 loss to Utah Sunday afternoon at the Whiteman Tennis Center. Murphy Cassone earned ASU's lone singles win, extending his streak to seven. The Devils' doubles pairings of Christian Lerby/George Stoupe and Fabien Salle/Nicola Cigna took the doubles point.
ASU has Washington, Eastern Washington and Oregon on the schedule before the Pac-12 Championships kick off April 20 in Ojai, California. Looking ahead, No. 17 Murphy Cassone is in good position for the NCAA Singles Championship.
