PHOENIX – Sun Devil Baseball responded to its first loss of the season in emphatic style on Saturday, forcing a Sunday rubber match with a 12-5 victory over Oral Roberts in a game where the team never trailed.
After blowing a ninth-inning lead on Friday night, the Sun Devils (5-1) responded with a 12-hit, 12-run effort on Saturday while limiting Oral Roberts to just six hits and striking out 11.
