CLINTON, S.C. – The Sun Devil Lacrosse team earned a dominant 18-6 victory over Presbyterian Sunday afternoon at Bailey Memorial Stadium.
The offense was clicking on all cylinders, as the 18 goals scored tied a season-high for goals in a single game. Eleven different players scored a goal, led by Kerri Clayton, who put up four goals for the third time this season. Joining Clayton in recording a hat trick was Julia Burns, who posted six points (three goals & three assists) during an excellent offensive performance.
Several career-firsts were accomplished in the well-rounded team win.
