Arizona State senior point guard Remy Martin has been named to the District IX team by the United States Basketball Writers Association for the second time in his career.
The 10-member USBWA District IX team is made up of players from California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Hawaii and Alaska and includes players from all conferences.
Martin led the Pac-12 in scoring at 19.1 points per game overall and 21.5 in conference games. He had a season best of 31 points in a win over Grand Canyon that was highlighted by a game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer. He had a league-best 10 20-point games in 17 Pac-12 games this season.
