That was the parade of Arizona State scholarship basketball players to the NCAA's transfer portal. It has caused some unrest in the Sun Devil fan base with the departure of House, product of Shadow Mountain High School and the son of ASU legend Eddie House, particularly disappointing.
Coach Bobby Hurley was already monitoring the portal looking for replacements for the players he expected to leave and he was able to land four newcomers, three of whom were leading scorers at their respective schools.
