Sophomore Zahid Valencia remained undefeated as Arizona State wrestling won its second consecutive Pac-12 championship on Sunday in Corvallis, Ore.
ASU won its first back-to-back conference title since 2005-06. The Sun Devils, ranked ninth in the USA TODAY/NWCA Coaches wrestling poll, now has 20 conference titles.
Eight ASU wrestlers, including Valencia, punched their ticket to the 2018 NCAA Wrestling Championships in Cleveland March 15-17.
ASU competed against Cal Poly, CSU Bakersfield, Oregon State and Stanford in this weekend's tournament.
