After a highly competitive first game in the Cancun Challenge for ASU women’s basketball, it was difficult to foresee what the Devils would look like during their second contest against Green Bay.
On Thanksgiving Day, ASU lost in a close game to No. 7 Mississippi State. They even held a lead going into halftime.
The Sun Devils could have come out in game two versus Green Bay a few different ways. They could have used the momentum of playing a close game against a difficult opponent to their advantage. Or they could have been fatigued by yesterday’s matchup and come out lacking their intensity.
