SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — The Arizona State Sun Devils (4-3, 3-1 Pac-12) rode yet another dominant defensive performance and a terrific rushing attack to sink the Utah Utes (4-3, 1-3 Pac-12) by a final score of 30-3 Saturday afternoon at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
It was Arizona State’s first conference road victory since its upset of No. 7 UCLA on October 3, 2015.
Redshirt junior quarterback Manny Wilkins came out firing on the first drive of the game, connecting on five of six pass attempts to lead the Sun Devils down the field and take a 3-0 advantage after a 47-yard field goal from Brandon Ruiz.
