Arizona State volleyball closed out a second upset of nationally ranked Washington State on third match point Thursday night at Desert Financial Arena.
Ivana Jeremic completed the 3-1 win over the No. 22 Cougars with the last of her 10 kills on .310 hitting.
ASU won 25-23, 25-20, 19-25, 25-21 for its third consecutive victory. The Sun Devils also won at Washington State, 3-2, on Oct. 20 and swept the Cougars for the first time since 2014. They remain in contention to make the NCAA Tournament.
Andrea Mitrovic had 11 kills and Megan Beedie 10/.278 for ASU, now 16-12, 8-9 Pac-12.
