The 2018 season was overall a good one for ASU volleyball. In Sanja Tomasevic’s second season with the program, the Sun Devils finished the season 14-18 (5-15 Pac-12) and had multiple upsets wins on the year. At one point, after defeating No. 15 Washington, the Sun Devils were ranked 25th in the AVCA coaches poll after starting Pac-12 play 4-2.
ASU struggled in conference play due to difficulty of Pac-12 teams, but finished the season strong with an upset victory of USC. The Sun Devils finished non-conference 9-3 and should look to continue dominating non-conference opponents next season.
