That has him on everyone's radar coming into a new season. He is one of 30 student-athletes named to the 2020 Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award watch list announced Tuesday.
The San Bernardino, California native threw for 2,943 yards and 17 touchdowns in 2019 as a true freshman. He had just two interceptions, the fewest in school history by a quarterback throwing 300 or more passes in a season.
