TEMPE -- The No. 22/20 Arizona State University softball team will open the 2015 season this Thursday, Feb. 11 as it welcomes 31 other teams to Tempe in celebration of the annual Kajikawa Classic.
The Sun Devils will take part in seven games over five days starting with the season opener against Utah State on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. MT. The weekend will also include Top-25 contests against a pair of SEC powers in No. 8/9 Tennessee on Friday at 7:30 p.m. MT and No. 17/18 Kentucky on Monday at 3 p.m. MT.
The Sun Devils will also take on San Jose State, East Carolina, Portland State and San Diego over the course of the weekend.
