Among the biggest topics at this week's Pac-12 meetings in Scottsdale: The possible move to a 20-game conference schedule, a basketball change already in the works in the Atlantic Coast and Big Ten conferences.
Arizona coach Sean Miller in January endorsed the change, but as coaches finished meetings Wednesday at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, many were undecided.
"The theory is that you’re going to play more power-conference teams, so it’s going to improve your RPI, your strength of schedule," Arizona State coach Bobby Hurley said. "But then you would also limit yourself some with the flexibility of the non-conference and who you’re playing against.
