The Arizona State men’s golf team set out for its fifth tournament of the spring season in which they won in dominating fashion, thanks to medalist Chun An Yu.
The Sun Devils shot a combined 824, translating to 28-under par at the Bandon Dunes Collegiate, hosted by Gonzaga. Meanwhile, the second-place Clemson Tigers finished a whole 13 strokes behind ASU at 15-under.
Chun An Yu led the way for Arizona State, as he went all three rounds under par to shoot a combined 13-under. An opening round 65 for Yu tied the lowest round in the tournament, but his competitors could not stay consistent throughout the weekend.
