Perhaps no player has embraced the Arizona State-Arizona men's basketball rivalry more than Remy Martin. He has played in six of them and he has been a thorn in the side of the Wildcats, especially lately.
The junior point guard was a big reason the Sun Devils swept their rival last year for the first time since 2008-09, scoring 31 against the Wildcats in Tempe and 27 at McKale Center.
He'll try and work that magic again when the two teams square off at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the Pac-12 opener for both teams. He knows ASU's sweep last year means the Wildcats will be that much more fired up for this showdown.
