As is often the case with young athletes trying to elevate their game from the collegiate style to the pros, wide receiver Rashad Ross will be fighting his way to land a spot on an NFL roster this summer.
If he’s successful, Ross can join a talented group of three Arizona State wideouts currently rostered in the pros - Houston’s Jaelen Strong, New England’s Devin Lucien and Baltimore’s Tim White.
The 6-foot receiver presented a threat with elite speed in the slot and paired it with a knack for returning kicks on special teams. Ross finished first in the Pac-12 in 2011 and fourth in 2012 in kickoff yards per return as a Sun Devil.
