Arizona State (6-4) is back to the ice this weekend to take on Vermont (1-8-1) at Oceanside Ice Arena following two weekends without any games.
The Catamounts come into Tempe with a rough start to their season thus far. The team’s lone win came in the second game of the season at St. Lawrence. Vermont also picked up a tie on the road at Boston University last weekend, but they are 0-6-1 in Hockey East Conference play.
Now venturing across the country just after Thanksgiving, the Catamounts schedule doesn’t lighten up with a non-conference series against a Sun Devil squad that is playing its best hockey of the season so far, as ASU has won five of its last six games.
