The Sun Devils suffered their second loss in two nights, this one to UConn.
Arizona State's Connecticut road trip continued Friday night as they took on the UConn Huskies, hoping to rebound from their loss to the 17th ranked team in the country the night before. In the end, the Sun Devils fell to the Huskies by a final score of 5-1.
From the first puck drop, UConn was able to jump out and be in front. The Huskies got onto the board early, scoring 1:42 into the first period.
And then the flood gates opened.
