Arizona State men’s golf wrapped up its second tournament of the season on Wednesday. The Sun Devils finished at the Southwestern Invitational at the North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, Calif.
Sophomore David Puig was the best individual at the event and won by a large margin. Puig finished -10. He worked off a great second round where he shot -6. Pepperdine’s Joshua McCarthy, who finished second, ended his tournament at -1.
As a whole, the result might be a bit disappointing. Arizona State led after the first two rounds by five shots into the final round.
