Nolan Matthews wants to be more than Arizona State's next elite receiving tight end.
"I'm not going to lie, that's why my strong suit is," Matthews said. "I want to be the best pass-catching tight end in the country, but I also want to be able to hold my own and be respected as a complete tight end."
To do that, the 246-pound Matthews needs to put more good weight on his 6-5 frame to become stronger and a better blocker.
Tight ends coach Donnie Yantis said, "We're working on his technique in the run game and pass protection.
