Freshmen get points for ASU
Freshman D.J. Taylor returned UCLA's kickoff 42 yards then was tripped, giving the Sun Devils a chance to score in the final 22 seconds.
ASU capitalized when another freshman, Jack Luckhurst, converted his first collegiate field-goal attempt from 49 yards on the final play of the second quarter.
UCLA takes a 17-3 lead into halftime.
