For the seventh time in eight seasons, Arizona State is going bowling.
The Sun Devils (7-5, 5-4 Pac-12) will kick off their postseason in two days, facing Mountain West champion Fresno State (11-2, 7-1 Mountain West) at Sam Boyd Stadium in the Las Vegas Bowl.
The matchup will be the fourth all-time meeting between the teams and the first since 1941. ASU leads the series 3-0 with two previous victories coming in 1931 and 1933.
The Sun Devils will have an opportunity to snap a two-game bowl losing streak and secure the program’s first eight-win season since 2014.
