California continues to be the hub for Sun Devils recruiting efforts. Edward Woods became the next recruit from the state to join Arizona State’s plan on Monday:
Listed as a cornerback from McClymonds High School in Oakland, Woods made his official visit to Tempe on November 23. He also had offers from USC, Arizona, Washington State, Fresno State, San Diego State and more.
Woods is listed by both recruiting services, Rivals and 247Sports, as a three-star. The 6-foot, 175-pound cornerback is rated as the 74th best California recruit and the 70th best cornerback in the nation by 247Sports.
