Arizona State earned the commitment of class of 2018 Allen, Tex. running back Brock Sturges on Friday morning, according to scout.com.
Sturges is the first offensive player in the class of 2018 to make a commitment to ASU as he joins the likes of three-star defensive backs Elijah Doyle who committed on June 3 and Dominique Harrison who made his commitment on May 16.
Sturges visited the University of Colorado on June 5 and then Arizona State on June 6. After he made the trek to the University of Arizona on June 7, he committed to ASU two days later.
