Davon Durant pleaded guilty on May 28 and was sentenced to a two-year probation period Monday.
Arizona State linebacker Davon Durant was sentenced Monday to a two-year supervised probation for his misdemeanor domestic violence case Monday morning in a Maricopa County Superior Court.
Durant was arrested on March 7 and was accused of assaulting his girlfriend, leaving bruising around her left eye and neck. Although Durant's girlfriend recanted her story and both parties said it was a verbal altercation, Durant pled guilty on May 28. He is also not allowed to have contact with the victim until he complete a domestic violence program.
