The Arizona State football program landed its sixth commitment of the 2022 cycle with defensive end Syncere Massey of Cedar Hill High School in Cedar Hill, Texas announcing his intention Friday on social media.
The 6-foot-5, 280-pound defensive lineman holds a three-star ranking by both 247Sports and Rivals. Among his other offers were USC, Central Florida and UNLV. He visited ASU on June 11, marking his first official visit to any school, and toured Connecticut a week later.
Woods, whose recruitment was led by defensive coordinator Antonio Pierce and defensive line coach Robert Rodriguez, is the first defensive lineman commitment of the cycle.
