Less than a week after his initial commitment to ASU, Jayden Daniels made things official by signing with the Sun Devils on Wednesday.
The four-star quarterback is getting set to depart from Cajon High School in San Bernardino, California and get on the Herm train to Tempe this Spring as an early enrollee. Daniels elected ASU over other Pac-12 schools such as UCLA, Utah and Cal.
According to 247Sports, the 6-foot-3, 175 pound signal-caller is ranked as the 15th best player in California and the best dual-threat quarterback in the nation. He will compete for a wide open starting quarterback position next season along with Kurt Walding, Dillon Sterling-Cole, and fellow incoming freshmen Ethan Long and Joey Yellen.
