The Arizona State football team has a chance to make the College Football Player championship game, according to a recently released projection from ESPN.
Just not much of one.
The site's Football Power Index (FPI) gives the Sun Devils a 0.1% chance to make the national championship game, one of three Pac-12 teams given an opportunity.
USC is also at 0.1% while Oregon is at 1% (USC and ASU are at 0% in ESPN's odds to actually win the national title game, while Oregon is given a 0.3% chance to do so).
ASU is given a 0.
