ASU only gets two of the three local stars after Arizona's top undecided prospect goes out-of-state.
When N'Keal Harry committed to the Arizona State Sun Devils, it was a huge recruiting win for the school, keeping the state's top recruit in Arizona after the last two bolted for Texas.
When Chase Lucas committed, it was seen as another building block towards a tremendous in-state recruiting class, leaving Byron Murphy as the lone of the three local stars without a college commitment. Harry, Lucas and Murphy all had previously expressed an interest in playing in college together, and so ASU was thrown right up there with the other favorites for Murphy's collegiate services.
