Arizona State added a sixth defensive back to its recruiting class, signing Darien Cornay of Cerritos College (Calif.).
Cornay, 5-foot-11, 185 pounds, had 31 tackles and one interception in his only junior-college season.
He comes to ASU with three years of eligibility remaining.
Cornay played at Los Alamitos High School in California.
The Sun Devils now are up to 20 players in their incoming class.
Other defensive backs are Alex Perry, Evan Fields, K.J. Jarrell, Ty Thomas and Langston Frederick.
